The Coalition of Labor Union Women (CLUW) is an inclusive, united, and growing organization of empowered union women working to rebalance power towards equality in the labor movement, in politics, and the workforce since 1974. We inspire and organize working women through education trainings, solution-oriented advocacy, and mentoring to provide the skills and tools necessary for the next generation of women workers and labor activists. In the ever-changing work environment, we continue to learn and embrace new technologies and modern methods to achieve our goals towards tangible improvement in the lives of working women everywhere.
